GRACE RUM
Small but bold rum distillery
From Okinawa

Grace Rum is a small but bold rum distillery based on Minami Daito Island, a remote sugar‑cane island in Okinawa.

Founded in 2004 by Yuko Kinjo, the company was born from the idea that Okinawa’s abundant sugar cane could be used to make authentic rum — not an imitation, but something rooted in the island’s land and tradition.

Grace Rum produces the “COR COR” line: pure, un‑aged white rums made only from locally grown sugar cane. Grace Rum offers a rare and genuine taste of Okinawa: a handcrafted spirit that reflects the island’s sugar‑cane heritage, the sea breezes of Minami Daito, and the dedication of a small distillery committed to authenticity.
