Founded in 2004 by Yuko Kinjo, the company was born from the idea that Okinawa’s abundant sugar cane could be used to make authentic rum — not an imitation, but something rooted in the island’s land and tradition.

Grace Rum produces the “COR COR” line: pure, un‑aged white rums made only from locally grown sugar cane.
