If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order details and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the applicable provincial liquor board's policy. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Due to the nature of alcoholic products and provincial regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of correctly supplied products once delivered, except as required by law or the relevant liquor board's policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
We serve licensed trade and retail customers in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta; product availability differs by province based on provincial liquor-board listings. Trade and retail enquiries can be made through our contact form, and consumer purchases are fulfilled through the applicable provincial liquor board or licensed retail partners.
