​The young brewer and toji, Mr. Takayuki Hanno, brews sake with the concept of creating a cozy sake that makes you feel happy and comfortabe. He has been brewing sake by himself since 2003, and has continued to make improvements, producing a little more delicious sake every year.​

He says that he wants to express the true flavor of sake, so he aims for a gentle sake with a pleasant feeling rather than one with a gorgeous aroma.
