Founded in Meiji 42 (1909). The brewery is located in the scenic land of Satsuma Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, and the brewery has been damaged by floods three times in the past, and has been rebuilt each time.Although the torrential rains in northern Kagoshima Prefecture in July 2006 caused enormous damage, we are striving every day to make shochu that makes us feel rich and happy, thanks to our strong desire to "rebuild this historic brewery with our own hands" and the support and courage we have received from many people.

One of the characteristics of Komaki Brewing's authentic shochu is its flavor that evokes the aroma of rich earth.This Earthy (rich earthy scent) is composed of the power of various bacteria that live in the Japanese jars of Satsuma, which have been inherited since the company's founding. Komaki brewing's authentic shochu is made by creating a rich taste with the ultimate essence brought about by many years.
