EMISHIKI Kijoshu Monsoon
Luxurious sweetness and vivid flavor! This sake, inspired by German noblerot wines, has made Emishiki Brewery popular. Normally, when making sake, water is used in three parts. Using "sake" instead of water at the last phaseis the sake called 'Kijo-shu'. This leaves a lot of sugar that would otherwisebe broken down by yeast and produces sweet and rich sake like a high-endsweet wine. Please enjoy it with desserts as a digestif. With food, Fried scallops and abalone with XO sauce, Chinese cuisine such as Stir-fried shrimp with chili, Dessert such as Cream brulee, vanilla ice cream. Western cuisine such as Saute of foie gras.

KINO 2
KINO is a brand brewed by the traditional Kimoto method, using "Isenishiki" rice from their own fields and contracted fields. This sake embodies the local terroir, with the indigenous rice variety "Isenishiki" adapted over a long history to the natural environment of Taki District, Mie Prefecture, and the Miya River flowing through the eastern part of the Kii Peninsula, which receives the highest precipitation in Honshu. The brand name "KINO" is based on the idea that "all industries come back to agriculture." Sake brewing exists because of Japan's agricultural history of producing rice, rather than growing rice for the purpose of brewing sake.

BEAU MICHELLE
It is named "Beau Michelle" because it was made while playing the Beatles' song "Michelle". This is their special approach to mellowing the flavor by playing music to the Moromi while it is fermenting. It is a low-alcohol (9%) sweet and sour new style sake with a very elegant taste. It goes very well with non-Japanese food as well.

DOMAINE WATANABE 2019-2022
DOMAINE WATANABE VINTAGE offers a variety of flavors depending on the harvest year of the rice used to make the sake. 2019 has a well-balanced rice quality, and brewing went smoothly, resulting in a sake with a light finish. Four years of aging in the bottle has rounded out the alcohol and given it a heavy flavor.
