DOMAINE WATANABE VINTAGE 2019-2022 offers a variety of flavors depending on the harvest year of the rice used to make the sake. 2019 has a well-balanced rice quality, and brewing went smoothly, resulting in a sake with a light finish. Four years of aging in the bottle has rounded out the alcohol and given it a heavy flavor.
