Zaku Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjo is a refined seasonal sake brewed with 100% Hyōgo-grown Yamadanishiki, it is brewed in early summer and gently matured in low temperature before its autumn release. This hiyaoroshi offers a subtle hay-like aroma with a mellow, rounded acidity preserved from the summer rest. On the palate, it is smooth, soft, and elegantly restrained, finishing with a cool, serene grace. It pairs beautifully with seasonal autumn dishes or can be savored on its own.
