TOYO NO MEGAMI​ (“東洋の女神”) is the crowning jewel of Sumikawa Brewery. Made from 100% Hagi city Yamaguchi-grown Yamadanishiki polished to a refined 30 %, this Junmai Daiginjo represents the brewery’s peak artistry. It offers an elegant, transparent sweetness paired with a graceful aroma of banana, melon, and strawberry. The palate is soft and refined, with gentle umami, pure sweetness, and a delicate acidity that leads to a clean, polished finish. Brewed in limited quantities as a commemorative collaboration, this sake is bottled in a beautifully designed tube—fitting for a “goddess.”
