Heiwa is located in the northern part of Wakayama and there are still many archaeological sites from 300 BC where rice farming and sake production were active. Heiwa is looking into their roots and decided to use Akamai (red rice), which is an ancient rice strain. You will enjoy its savoriness and nice depth in the taste, as well as this beautiful color.
