As an unfiltered sake, it has a unique texture, and being unpasteurized, it retainsthe lively yeast notes, enhancing the sake's vitality. The alcohol content is 15%-17%, made from "Iwai" rice with a 35% polishing rate, using Matsui Brewery's original yeast. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warmed. As the sake is unfiltered, some rice components may remain in the bottle.
