This sake showcases the rich aroma of rice and complex flavor layers. It isknown for its subtle balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and astringency, creating a harmonious and smooth taste. The slight acidity spreads over the tongue, distributing the rice aroma throughout the mouth, providing a wonderful and comfortable experience. As an unfiltered sake, it has a unique texture, and being unpasteurized, it retainsthe lively yeast notes, enhancing the sake's vitality. The alcohol content is 15%-17%, made from "Iwai" rice with a 35% polishing rate, using Matsui Brewery's original yeast. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warmed. As the sake is unfiltered, some rice components may remain in the bottle.
